Winter Ready (December to February)

* Prices are the fixed monthly base. Travel outside our home area, and ferry costs for Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, are added to your monthly bill and quoted at your free home walk-through. Every package includes everything in the ones before it. Handyman hours are used each month and do not roll over. Extra hours are $100 an hour and are billed monthly. Parts, materials and haul fees are billed at cost. Each season includes up to 5 visits and 30 hours of work. Time beyond 30 hours is $100 an hour, billed monthly, and each extra visit is $400. Large jobs such as a launch, haul-out, winterizing or a full property cleanup are quoted separately at $100 an hour. † No dock? We inspect your seawall, shoreline, mooring or boat storage the same way.
